The growth in the number of search queries around the world and the growing consumer interest in environmentally friendly travel are just some of the positive trends that we observed in the first quarter," said Jennifer Andre, global vice president of media solutions at the company. In the first quarter, global search volume increased by 25 percent compared to the previous quarter, thanks to double-digit growth in North America (NORAM) by 30 percent and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by 25 percent. Also, global search volumes increased by 75 percent compared to the first quarter of 2021. In all regions, there was an increase compared to last year: the search volume in the EMEA region increased by 165 percent, in NORAM - by 70 percent.
