The list of available attractions depends on the tourist package you choose. All attractions included in your pass are listed on the page of your selected package and in your ticket information.

Citypass comes in two types: virtual and plastic. To enter tourist sites, you must present a virtual card with a QR code on your phone or a plastic card.

You can purchase cards on our website or in the Kaspi (Payments) app. Plastic cards are available at points of sale.

CityPASS is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the pass selected. The pass is automatically activated upon your first visit to a museum, attraction, or tour, and the validity period begins at that moment.

No, CityPASS entitles you to a one-time visit to each tourist site, except for excursions on a double-decker RedBus bus.

CityPASS is non-refundable or exchangeable after activation, visiting the first facility.

NomadPass allows you to visit 3 sites to choose from 11 tourist sites. Accordingly, the savings may vary depending on the selected facilities.

There is no need to select your attractions in advance: the system automatically identifies them as you visit each one. ### Red Bus Combo — a combined ticket that includes a sightseeing tour on the double-decker Astana Red Bus and admission to the Baiterek Monument. The bus departs from Baiterek, and after the city tour, you can visit the monument.
