According to the decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Akmola region No. 31 of July 31, 2021, it is prohibited to hold any events with a mass crowd of people, and the activities of closed beaches and water parks are suspended.
“The activities of all enterprises in the Akmola region are prohibited, except for those that participate in the Ashyq project. The activities of tourism facilities and organizations in the field of providing services for the population (hotels, hotels, holiday homes, tourist bases, etc.) participating in the Ashyq project are allowed with a occupancy rate of no more than 80-90 percent in compliance with the requirements of the PGGS of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67. At the same time, the occupancy rate of no more than 100 percent is allowed for objects that have received the status of “Ashyq Leaders”,” Saule Sadvakasova said.
The deputy head clarified that beaches and swimming pools work only in recreation areas participating in Ashyq. And unorganized recreation is prohibited.
“If there is an exit to a pond or a swimming pool in the recreation area, you can visit them in compliance with sanitary standards: social distance, wearing masks and the presence of antiseptics. Recreation by “savages” is prohibited. If violations are revealed, the monitoring group will take measures. The group consists of police officers, they can draw up reports on violations on the spot. I would like to wish people: despite the fact that the weather conditions are conducive to rest and that the last days of summer are coming, you need to understand that we are in the “dark red” zone, the number of cases does not decrease.
